When a parent learns to identify their needs and take care of their needs then they can take care of the needs of their children. I have yet to meet an adult who had all their needs met as a child. This means that we have work to do. The internal work of breaking down-breaking through-and breaking free from the wounds and traumas of childhood.
My coaching practice focuses on the parent becoming a self-dependent and fully realized adult. My coaching methodology is a synthesis of my certification in the "Conscious Parenting Method" of Dr.Shefali Tsabary and my lifetime practice of the Eastern Spiritual approach to communion with God and the divine. |

About Myself
I refer to myself as a self-dependent mother. I created this phrase because a person can be raising their child and still be in a relationship with another adult who does not participate in meeting the needs of their partner's children. I was in a marriage for 26 years before I came to a place of accepting the "as is" nature of my relationship. I came across a very powerful quote "be in the kind of relationship you want for your children," and I knew in that moment that I was not in such a relationship. Our children are the master teachers of our lives. I have spent many years getting to know my authentic self and arriving at the profound realization that
all of us are enough-in and of ourselves-we have always been enough.

The ProcessI offer sessions of one hour every time we connect. I have learned that one session per week for three months is an effective time frame to embrace the methodology and implement it into conscious practice.
